Stacey Dash has got a lot of problems these days. Just yesterday, it was revealed that she'd been arrested on domestic battery charges filed by her husband. 

Today, it was revealed that Dash - who played the iconic Dionne Davenport in the 90's classic hit 'Clueless' - has filed papers claiming that she is indigent... i.e., she's too broke to hire private representation, and has requested the services of a public defender for her case.

According to TMZ, a judge has signed off on the request for now but will require that Dash provide proof of her financial need. Dash maintains that any aggression she enacted upon her husband was actually in self-defense, as can be heard in her recently-released 911 call below:
