Most people do not like cops and would rather not have cops or traffic cameras looking at their license plates. There is nothing like a nice fine for having a brake light out or momentarily going over the speed limit. Remember, if the penalty is a flat fine then it's only a crime for poor people. I have seen magnetic leaves that stick to your rear plate to obscure part of the license numbers, and I have seen small electromagnets that hold the plate tucked up under your motorbike seat but never have I seen (until now) a swarm of bees collectively secure themselves over a license plate.
