This story comes to us from the subreddit, Today I F**ked Up. And boy, it's a doozy.

A simple miscommunication could've ended up much worse for this woman. Redditor u/Beautiful-Nobody-9 tells the story of the day she told human resources directly that she came in her pants. As far as HR goes, that's probably the last thing you ever want to admit to doing at work.
