An alien can be found frozen in the lake in the first mission.
2.
Jessie, a hippie trying to rip off Jesus, can be found at Del Perro pier.
3.
A mime can be seen around downtown Los Santos. Get close enough and he'll start performing.
4.
After using the cable car to ride to the top of Mount Chiliad, there's an inscription on the wall, depicting that not only are there aliens in the game, but possibly dinosaurs and a jetpack as well.

In the mountains outside LS, there are bodies and cars scattered across and a briefcase with 25,000 dollars. Close to a scene from No Country for Old Men.
