There’s a long, disgusting history of “self-surgery.” From people cutting out their own appendices, to dudes chopping their balls off, there have been numerous documented cases of people imagining a prospective medical bill and thinking, “Eh, fuck it, I’ll do it myself.”

This man decided to get a vasectomy as a gift to his wife. However, rather than wait around for some other surgeon to handle it, he decided to take care of the business himself — filming the whole thing for our viewing pleasure. It’s very strange!
