Two men were working on removing a gas tank from a vehicle inside a unit of a multi-unit storage building when sparks from a tool caused a fire that caused an explosion. The ensuing fire began enveloping each unit, eventually reaching the unit in which commercial grade fireworks where being stored, resulting in a spectacular 10-minute show.
