wtf
Philly has experienced a literal shithole
A lot of the roads and bridges in this country are in pretty bad condition, and actually trying to fix them all would take a lot of time and money that we’d much rather spend on war and other fun things. As a result, every few months, we get another story about a bridge falling apart, or a dude falling through a sidewalk, or some new and exciting innovation in decay.
USA! USA!
Recently, Philadelphians were riding on their local SEPTA bus when they felt a bump in the road. Unbeknownst to them, they had just passed over the beginnings of a sinkhole resulting from a water main issue — a sinkhole that soon opened up and swallowed up a significant portion of the street.
