This insane video comes to us from Pacoima, California, where a pilot flying a small Cessna crash-landed onto the train tracks of a Metrolink train.

The bodycam video from police show them struggling to remove the sole pilot before running with only seconds to spare before it hurdled down the tracks.

The pilot was taken to a local hospital in an unknown condition, and there were no other injuries reported in the incident.

Thanks to these brave first responders for putting themselves in the way of an actual speeding train. Bravo.
