Every free-standing ATM that you see has to be refilled by someone. Every once in a while, a person will come by and stock the thing with cash. And typically, they do so very carefully with an appropriate amount of security.

This guy didn’t do that, and as a result, he was spotted by someone who was suddenly overwhelmed by a wave of temptation. Just look at their face — “Could I really get away with this? No, no, no… unless?”

Well, he tried and failed, as he was apprehended soon after this video took place. Swing and a miss!
